WW1 - WW2 Medical Corps Officer. LT COL in the Pacific ID'd Uniform

Here is an all original uniform identified to a WW1-WW2 veteran who served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Medical Corps in the Pacific. He received his MD in 1924 and served his country and his community in the medical field until his death in 1978. This uniform came to me as you see it with just the Doctor's name it. I was able to research him and contacted his granddaughter who sent me a photo of him and his wife.
