Welcome All!

We at WWII Research Investigations strive to provide veteran's families with the lost details of their loved ones service. So many of our heroic soldiers never tell what they experienced to others and when they pass away, their stories are lost to history.
This organization feels the need to uncover this information so that your veteran can truly be honored in the way that he or she deserves and their war story past down for generations to come. Through such resources as The National Archives, The National Personnel Records Center, WWII unit histories, and our own personal library of reference material we will take the information that you provide us and expand on it.

In addition to helping veterans families, our research services are also used by United States militaria collectors wishing to identify a soldier that an item in their collection belonged to. Whether this is putting a face to a uniform grouping, uncovering an engraved medal's citation, or decoding laundry marks.
It is our goal to help you gain a better understanding of what your veteran experienced during WWII. We attempt to do this by providing you with the veteran's (when and if possible):

* Unit Histories
* Medal and Award Citations
* Maps of the unit's travels overseas
* Battles and Campaigns participated in
* Personnel Records
* Veteran account's from the same unit.
* Discharge Documents
* VFW Paperwork

Since it has been 65 years since the war ended, the average age of a WWII veteran being 88 years old. Because of this, it is important now more than ever for us to preserve your veterans story.
For a nominal fee, we will provide you and your family the most inclusive, comprehensive collection of information about the military service of your loved one. Included in this professionally prepared packed (CD included) will be (when available) high resolution scans of their military paperwork, unit information, award documentation, and multiple other items which can be seen in our "Mission" section.

We also cater to militaria collector's and researcher's needs. There is nothing more frustrating than having an item or grouping in your collection that is lacking identification. Putting a face with that uniform jacket is a very time consuming operation and often you are left with feelings of "Where do I begin?" Let us do that research for you.

Feel free to email us at  wwii_research_investigations@yahoo.com where we can set up a phone interview to begin uncovering your veterans history!
